Legatum Strategies aims to promote greater economic ties between North America and Africa. We believe that we can increase American participation in the soon to be single African market space (The African Continental Free Trade Area) by leveraging the increasingly mobilized and motivated demographic of motivated investors, willing, and able to deliver socio-economic impact in the African Countries through direct investment.

Our team is made up of entrepreneurs, economists, policy advisers, former civil servants in both Africa and North America, who eagerly bring their experience and expertise to support our clients / partners in the design, capitalization, and implementation of pro-growth infrastructure and enterprise driven projects on the African continent.

Legatum Strategies is a Washington, DC-based consulting practice that focuses on promoting and facilitating investments in critical infrastructure across sub-Saharan Africa. We advocate for greater American investment into the African investment markets. Our wide network of leaders, among whom are Heads of State on the African continent, their Diplomatic representatives in Washington, and the Investor pool of both American and Diaspora participants, are synergized in interest to support the economic growth of African countries. We have access to financial resources, human capital, and intelligence (business information and security) for clients who possess a strong desire to excel.

Legatum Strategies is involved in Strategic Communication and Strategic Business Development. Legatum Strategies helps clients/partners identify resources to ameliorate investment challenges. We help our clients/partners secure funding through a vetted resource pool and funding “match-making". Projects are vetted for profitability, and prospective funders are then sought, vetted, and matched. Our team also respectively provides opportunities for all stakeholders to engage transparently on worthwhile infrastructural projects. We help clients analyze, identify, and strategize the right approach to infrastructure and trade investment project implementation in a volatile global market
